Intro to Vaulting

GreenVault's Innovative Vaulting Process

1. Identify Projects
GreenVault searches for projects around the world with the potential to meet our Project Criteria, performs the necessary due diligence, prioritizes them and acquires their mining rights.
Step 3. Valuation Methodology
GreenVault sources and develops technical and conservation reports in order to provide the data for valuation by independent third-party technical auditors such as banks and labs.
Step 5. Portfolio Maintenance
GreenVault manages and protects its portfolio projects in conjunction with stakeholders, authorities and local communities.
Step 2: Resource Evaluation
GreenVault performs assessments to upgrade the mining resources during the Vaulting process and evaluates the ecosystemic resources in the targeted area.
Step 4. Asset Creation
GreenVault vaults the reserve to create an asset in its portfolio. GreenVault engages Independent Analysts to take the auditors’ reports and value those projects according to the industry standards.
Step 6. Portfolio Rebalancing
In the event that a project or part of a project in the portfolio falls out of the Project Criteria, GreenVault sells it and re-invests to maintain the portfolio’s value.
